Dubyah Idea to Working POC Sprint

Turn your idea into something that actually works.

In three focused weeks, Dubyah helps you define the opportunity, design the experience and build a functioning proof of concept that people can see, use and evaluate.

It will not be a production-ready platform engineered for thousands of users. It will be a real, working version of the most important part of your idea, built to prove what matters before you invest in scale.

The difference is simple

Not a slide deck. Not yet a scaled product.

The proof of concept sits between the two. It uses real code, real workflows and, where relevant, real APIs, AI models or sample data. It demonstrates that the idea can function, while deliberately avoiding the cost of engineering every edge case, security layer and scaling requirement too early.

A concept explains it

A proposition, journey or presentation helps people understand what the idea could become.

A POC proves it

A focused working version demonstrates the core experience or technical capability in practice.

A product scales it

A production build adds resilience, security, administration, integrations and support for sustained use.

What you leave with

Enough evidence to make the next decision properly.

The exact build depends on the uncertainty we need to resolve, but every sprint combines strategic clarity, experience design, functional delivery and a practical route forward.

01

A defined opportunity

A clear problem, audience, value proposition, success measure and set of assumptions to test.

02

A designed experience

The core user journey, workflow and interface shaped around how people will actually use it.

03

A functioning POC

A working version of the critical journey or capability, using appropriate code, data, AI or integrations.

04

A route to scale

Findings, MVP priorities, architecture direction, delivery risks and an indicative next-stage roadmap.

Three focused weeks

From uncertainty to working evidence.

We do not spend weeks producing a brief before the work begins. Discovery, design and building move together, with decisions made quickly and visibly.

Week 1

Define what must be proven

We clarify the business problem, intended users, core journey, constraints and riskiest assumptions. The sprint is shaped around the evidence needed to support the next investment decision.

Week 2

Design and build the core

We create the experience and implement the critical workflow. That may include a web interface, database, AI capability, automation or selected integration, depending on the idea.

Week 3

Test, learn and plan

We put the POC in front of relevant people, capture what works and what does not, refine the concept and define what is required to move into an MVP or production build.

A good fit

You have a credible idea, but too much uncertainty to fund the full build.

The sprint works best when a founder, team or organisation needs to create something tangible for customers, leaders, investors or delivery partners without committing immediately to a long software project.

New digital products

Portals, platforms, internal tools and customer-facing services.

Practical AI ideas

Agents, analysis tools, drafting workflows and intelligent automation.

Process innovation

Replace manual work, spreadsheets and fragmented handovers.

Investor or executive proof

Make the opportunity visible before requesting larger funding.

Questions clients ask

Frequently asked questions

Will the proof of concept really work?

Yes. The agreed core journey or capability will function. Depending on the idea, that may mean submitting information, processing data, calling an AI model, saving records, generating an output or completing a selected workflow. It will be built for demonstration and testing rather than production scale.

What can realistically be built in three weeks?

One focused product concept and one core end-to-end journey. We choose the smallest implementation that can resolve the most important uncertainty. A broad platform will be narrowed to its defining capability rather than reproduced in full.

Do I need a complete brief before we start?

No. You need a genuine problem or opportunity, access to the right decision-makers and the willingness to make focused decisions. Shaping the concept and defining what should be proven are part of the sprint.

What happens after the sprint?

You can use the evidence to approve an MVP, approach investors, brief a delivery team, refine the proposition or decide not to proceed. Dubyah can scope the next stage separately, but the sprint is designed to leave you with usable outputs rather than dependency.

Are software and API costs included?

The US$6,950 covers the sprint work. Any material third-party costs, specialist licences, paid datasets, external services or API usage required for the POC are agreed before they are incurred.

What do you need to prove?

Tell us what you are considering, why it matters and what is currently uncertain. A rough description is enough for an initial conversation.
