About Dubyah

Built for the space between thinking and delivery.

Dubyah Innovation is a senior-led innovation and product studio. We help organisations understand difficult problems, shape practical responses and build working digital and AI-enabled solutions.

Why Dubyah exists

Good ideas often get lost between strategy decks and delivery teams.

Dubyah was created to close that gap. We combine research, commercial thinking, experience design, solution architecture and rapid development so teams can move from ambiguity to evidence without handing the work across a chain of disconnected suppliers.

The objective is not to introduce more process. It is to create clarity, momentum and something useful that the organisation can act on.

How we are structured

Senior-led, flexible and built around the problem.

Dubyah is led by Matthew Wate and brings in trusted specialists when a project requires additional engineering, design, research or domain capability. Clients get direct senior involvement without paying for a large permanent agency structure.

One accountable lead

The person shaping the work remains close to the research, decisions and delivery.

The right capability

Specialists are added because the problem requires them, not because a fixed team needs to be sold.

Practical collaboration

We work with internal teams, agencies, consultancies and technology partners without creating unnecessary boundaries.

Experience

Experience across complex organisations and early-stage ideas.

Dubyah's work spans digital transformation, UX research, product design, practical AI, process improvement and rapid product delivery across public-sector, healthcare, education, financial services, technology and professional-services environments.

That breadth is useful because the work is rarely only a technology problem or only a design problem. The value comes from connecting user needs, organisational reality and what can actually be built.
